For the third consecutive night, late night host Jimmy Kimmel spoke in no uncertain terms about the looming Graham-Cassidy health care bill vote. After receiving criticism from opponents on the right, including Donald Trump, Kimmel delivered a scathing opening monologue that would quickly put musings of the television personality “staying out of politics” to rest.

The President got involved in the dispute with a full-throated defense of the Louisiana Senator, referring, of course, to a vague and subjective opinion of Cassidy.
Senator (Doctor) Bill Cassidy is a class act who really cares about people and their Health(care), he doesn't lie-just wants to help people!

Kimmel struck back with an observation that rang as true as it was funny.
“For Donald Trump, this isn’t about the Graham-Cassidy bill. It’s about getting rid of Obamacare, which he hates, primarily because Obama’s name is on it. He like to have his name on things: buildings, vodka, you name it. At this point, he would sign anything if it meant getting rid of Obamacare. He’d sign copies of the Qu’ran at the Barnes and Noble in Fallujah” if it meant he could get rid of Obamacare.”
“I guarantee he doesn’t know anything about this Graham-Cassidy bill,” Kimmel added. “He doesn’t know the difference between Medicare and Medicaid. He barely knows the difference between Melania and Ivanka!”
While critics have lambasted the television host for not staying in his own lane, it seems that the late night star has proven more adept at informing Americans of the dangers of this legislation than those elected to represent us in Washington.
